Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase
• Items damaged by installation or misuse are not eligible

How to Return

1. Email support@hardparkbuilt.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours
3. Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Defective or Wrong Items

Send us a photo — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.
