Refund policy

We want you to love what you bolt on. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all hardware and components included.

How to start a return

Email levi@hardparkbuilt.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, that's on us. Email levi@hardparkbuilt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't pay return shipping on these.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or finish? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get the right part in your hands.

Items that have been installed, used, or modified
Products returned without their original packaging
Final-sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
Gift cards

A note on shipping times

Many of our parts ship directly from our manufacturing partners, so delivery can take 2–4 weeks. This does not affect your 30-day return window — that clock starts the day your order is delivered.
